You can return the car you rented by going to the rent a car office where you picked it up at the specified time. During the delivery process, the vehicle damage form is checked and if there is no damage to the vehicle, the delivery process ends.
You must pick up the rental car yourself and return it yourself. If someone else needs to deliver the vehicle you rented, this person must also come to pick up the vehicle with you while renting the vehicle and sign the rental car contract as an additional driver.
Damage to the rental car is covered by insurance. The insurance covers this amount from the traffic insurance of the at-fault driver. Requesting a fee from the at-fault driver is only possible if the damage exceeds the traffic insurance limit.
In case of a rental car engine failure, the expenses are usually covered by the insurance. However, if, as a result of the evaluations made by the insurance experts, it turns out that the fault was caused by the driver, companies generally prefer to reach a mutual agreement with the driver.
During car rental, companies fill out a form before delivering the vehicle. In this form, damaged parts and scratches of the vehicle, if any, are clearly stated. Afterwards, all these sections are shown to the driver and compared with the form before handing over the vehicle. When the driver delivers the rental car, if a scratch is detected on the vehicle other than what is stated in the form, the company reports this damage to the authorized service. The service invoice is forwarded to the driver and the payment is expected to be made by the driver.
Damages to the vehicle as a result of an accident may cause the vehicle to lose value. In other words, even if the vehicle is repaired, there will be a loss of value because it is considered damaged. If the rental car loses value, the entire loss is covered by insurance companies. Therefore, no fee is charged from the driver for the loss of value of the vehicle.
During online car rental, after determining the location, date and time you will pick up the vehicle, you select the vehicle that suits you and perform the rental process. After your transaction is approved, you will receive a confirmation e-mail. Afterwards, you need to go to the car rental office you have determined with a credit card registered in your name and your driver's license. Here, the car rental company requests some documents from you such as identity card and driver's license. If you meet the necessary conditions to rent a car, the company takes a pre-authorization fee from your credit card and delivers the vehicle to you with the contract.
The drivers who will use the rental car must be specified in the rental contract. Drivers whose names are not included in the contract should not use the rental car. If you want to add an additional driver after completing your car rental reservation, you can go to pick up the vehicle with the additional driver and add an additional driver to the contract.

Any rented vehicle can be used by more than one person. The second or additional driver must be notified before the rental and must be included in the rental contract. In this way, the additional driver is also covered by automobile insurance. Naturally, the additional driver must also comply with the age and driver's license criteria specified for the main driver.
The mileage included in the price of the vehicle you rent is 100 km per day and 3,000 km per month. If the specified Km is exceeded, a one-day rental mileage excess fee is applied.
In order to complete the car rental process, you must pay all or part of the rental fee (prepayment amount) by credit card or bank transfer. If you have made the full payment, you will not make any payment when the vehicle is delivered to you. For all payment methods, you must have your credit card and driver's license with you when you pick up your vehicle.
There are some important conditions for automobile insurance to be valid. In case of alcohol or drug use, insurance completely loses its validity. Likewise, the insurance is not valid if the legal speed limits are not followed, the vehicle is used by other than those specified in the contract, the load limit is exceeded, and the vehicle is used outside of the highways. In order for the insurance to be valid, traffic and alcohol reports must be kept at the time of the accident and delivered to the supplier from whom the vehicle was rented within 48 hours at the latest.
Even though flight information is not known at the time of rental to pick up your vehicle from the airport, flight information must be sent via e-mail at least 24 hours before the vehicle is picked up. Thanks to flight information, you will be met on time and receive your vehicle even if your flight is delayed.
The rented vehicle must only be picked up from the specified address and returned to the specified address for return. Address delivery options can only be made within the borders of the district or district where the rental is made. By renting from any district, delivery is not made to the specified address within the borders of a different district or district. A maximum wait of one hour is accepted while the vehicle is delivered. If extra waiting is requested, extra fees may apply. If vehicles are returned early, no refund will be made. Additional fees may apply if vehicles are returned late.
It is important to check the fuel tank level when taking delivery of the vehicle. The rented vehicle is expected to be returned with the same level of fuel. There is no extra refund for vehicles returned with excess fuel. In case of missing fuel, fuel fee and service fee may be charged.
All of our vehicles have OGS or HGS. In this way, you can automatically switch from toll highways. HGS/OGS fee is collected as much as it is used + 10 TL service fee when returning the vehicle. If HGS/OGS has never been used, no fee may be collected.
It is not possible to go abroad with vehicles rented in Turkey. Insurances are not valid outside the country. However, you may need to talk about this issue privately with the place where you will rent the car.
If you cancel your rental on the same day, no fee may be charged. For cancellations made 24 hours before the start of the rental, a service fee of 50 TL can be refunded. This figure may vary. Service fees that are not refunded upon cancellation may be reflected as a discount on your next rental transaction.
